541-778-4 Nyalox 4 In. Coarse Mounted Wire Brush, 1/4 In. Shank

The Dico 541-778-4 Nyalox mounted wire brush is a drill-powered cleaning and surface preparation tool designed for heavy-duty tasks on metal, wood, and masonry. The 4-inch diameter brush head with coarse grit removes rust, paint, corrosion, weld scale, and surface burns from metals while preparing plastic, fiberglass, and rubber surfaces for adhesives and finishes. Its 1/4-inch shank fits standard drill chucks, making it quick and easy to attach for a wide range of applications from small detail work to larger projects.

This brush excels at preparing metal surfaces for primers and paint, cleaning unfinished tile, stone, cement, and brick mortar, and removing old paint and finishes from wood. It is also ideal for cleaning and sanding wood turnings, railings, banisters, trim, and molding, as well as rounding and blending edges, cutouts, and joinings. The drill-mounted design saves time compared to hand-held brushes and ensures thorough cleaning in tight crevices and contours.
